岗位职责Responsibilities

• 负责直播现场画面、灯光与声音的调控与输出。Control and output the live-broadcast visuals, lighting and sound.
• 熟练使用直播软件（如 OBS Studio）。Work confidently with live software such as OBS Studio.
• 处理直播现场突发状况，保证画面与声音的稳定输出。Handle on-set issues to keep video and audio output stable.

任职要求Requirements

• 入职后提供技术培训，需具备快速学习能力与持续更新知识储备的主动性。Technical training is provided; you're a fast learner who keeps your skills current.
• 有视频制作经验、对画面构图敏感者优先。Video-production experience and a good eye for composition are a plus.
• 团队意识强、有责任心。Strong team spirit and a sense of responsibility.
• 根据直播安排，可接受晚班。Able to work evening shifts as the live schedule requires.

岗位职责Responsibilities

• 负责海外各短视频平台的 IP 孵化与商业变现，快速提升粉丝、流量与变现，在行业形成优势。Grow IP and monetisation across overseas short-video platforms — rapidly building fans, traffic and revenue, and an industry edge.
• 负责短视频账号创意审核与成片质量把控：统筹创意头脑风暴、指导并审核脚本分镜、制定制片计划、指导拍摄与后期剪辑。Own creative review and output quality: run brainstorms, guide and review scripts and storyboards, set production plans, and direct shooting and editing.
• 发现短视频内容热点，负责选题策划与制作，打造爆款。Spot content trends, plan and produce standout videos.
• 熟悉各视频平台推广规则，研究分析热门视频，持续提出新创意。Know each platform's promotion rules; analyse top videos and keep generating fresh ideas.
• 统筹编导与摄制团队的分工协作及调度。Coordinate the directing and production teams.

任职要求Requirements

• 本科及以上学历，导演、影视等相关专业优先，有新媒体运营经验者优先。Bachelor's or above; directing/film-related majors and new-media experience preferred.
• 熟悉短视频 IP 孵化与变现的全流程。Familiar with the full short-video IP incubation and monetisation process.
• 网感好、脑洞大，熟悉互联网玩法与流行文化，对热点与用户兴趣有敏锐洞察。Strong internet instincts; fluent in online culture, trends and memes, with a keen read on what audiences care about.
• 能独立完成短视频创作（创意、拍摄、剪辑）。Able to create short videos end to end — concept, shooting and editing.

• 协助电商平台的活动策划与落地实施、平台资源管理、用户管理等工作。Support e-commerce campaign planning and delivery, platform resources and user management.
• 负责同类平台的活动监测、分析与总结。Monitor, analyse and summarise comparable platforms' activities.
• 对所负责活动进行统计跟踪与数据分析，定期总结并提出改进措施。Track and analyse your campaigns' data; summarise regularly and propose improvements.
• 负责店铺商品的上架与下架。Manage product listing and delisting in the store.
• 快速配合并响应项目组成员的任务与需求。Respond quickly to the project team's tasks and needs.

任职要求Requirements

• 本科学历，专业不限。Bachelor's degree, any major.
• 中英文流利，可独立进行内容策划，擅长写作与文案创意。Fluent in English and Chinese; independent content planning; strong writing and creative copy.
• 有新媒体运营、内容与活动运营相关经验者优先。New-media, content and event-operations experience preferred.
• 善于观察与学习，视野开阔，对产品运营有自己的见解，沟通与协调能力强。Observant and eager to learn, with a broad perspective, your own views on operations, and strong communication and coordination.

• 负责在 TikTok 平台进行产品直播，精准提炼产品卖点，独立完成直播内容。Host product live streams on TikTok, sharply distil product selling points, and deliver content independently.
• 吸引粉丝、与粉丝互动，活跃直播间氛围，提供上货建议、答疑、促销讲解，促成粉丝下单。Attract and engage fans, energise the room, advise on stocking, answer questions, explain promotions and drive orders.
• 配合拍摄账号相关视频。Support the filming of account-related videos.
• 配合公司完成直播的相关工作。Support the company's live-broadcast work.

任职要求Requirements

• 有其他平台直播带货经验者优先。Live-commerce experience on other platforms is preferred.
• 英语流利、口音纯正、口齿伶俐，乐于展现自我、性格开朗。Fluent English with a local accent, articulate, outgoing and comfortable on camera.
• 从事过销售、导购或直播者优先录取。Sales, shopping-guide or live-broadcasting experience preferred.
• 具备敏锐的市场洞察力，沟通协调能力强，有团队精神与责任心，认同公司文化，愿与公司长期稳定发展。Keen market insight, strong communication and teamwork, responsible, aligned with our culture, and keen to grow with us long-term.
• 能接受晚间直播（最晚至伦敦时间 23:00）。Able to broadcast in the evening (latest until 23:00 London time).
• 能吃苦耐劳。Hard-working and resilient.
